Colectivo Animal is an interdisciplinary arts collective dedicated to experimentation, collaboration, and community-driven cultural production.
Founded in Barcelona during the development and production of La Feria, Colectivo Animal emerged as a platform for artists working across performance, music, visual arts, nightlife, and participatory experiences. Its projects challenge traditional disciplinary boundaries while fostering collaborative creation and cultural exchange.
The collective has developed festivals, performances, public interventions, and artistic experiences that bring together creators from diverse backgrounds and practices. Through a collaborative approach, Colectivo Animal explores new forms of artistic expression while strengthening connections between artists and audiences.
Among its initiatives are La Feria, the queer migrant arts festival, and Animal Attack, a multidisciplinary performance combining large-scale puppetry, DJ performance, live vocals, body performance, and audience interaction.
