I’m Jhemerson Santos — a cultural producer, creative director and artistic entrepreneur working across music, nightlife, arts and cultural experiences.
Born in central Brazil and shaped by years living between Ireland and the Iberian Peninsula, I’m interested in the spaces where different cultures, people and ideas meet. My work often starts with a simple question: how can we create something that feels genuinely alive?
I work across the creative process, from developing concepts and artistic direction to production, partnerships, programming and execution. I’ve founded and produced independent cultural projects, built creative collectives, worked as a DJ and sound technician, and developed multidisciplinary events bringing together music, performance, visual arts, fashion and community.
I’m particularly drawn to projects that have a strong identity — things that are thoughtful without taking themselves too seriously, and ambitious without losing their human side.
My background is deliberately unconventional. I’ve studied geography, psychology and industrial chemistry, worked with finance and administration, built online businesses, produced events, played music and learned by doing. All of these experiences have shaped the way I approach creative work: curious, resourceful, analytical and slightly rebellious.
Today, I’m interested in building projects that challenge conventions, create connections and leave people with something to remember.
